Editing, photo quality and style:

• After the photoshoot, once your booking fee is paid in full, you will receive unedited proof photos that cannot be downloaded, shared, or edited by you. You are only supposed to make the selection of your favorite photos, after which the photographer will edit only those photos.

• You have reviewed the photographer’s previous work and portfolio and understand that the photographer will deliver photos with a similar style and quality.

• Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons to request for a refund.

• You understand and agree that the photographer will not manipulate the photo using software such as Adobe Photoshop to alter your physical appearances. For example, Photographer will not modify your height, arm width, face, and any other parts. Manipulating or editing photos on your own is not allowed.

• Skin retouching means that the photographer will smoothen out the skin to cover up any temporary imperfections such as pimples, blemishes and more. Photographer will not add/remove makeup, change hair color, add/remove hair or manipulate any other features of the photo.

Copyright

• You agree that the photographer will own all right, title and interest in all photos as a result of this photoshoot. You grant the Photographer an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use any materials created during the photoshoot as part of marketing, advertising, or promotion of Photographer’s services, including in connection with Photographer’s studio, portfolio, website, or social media, in any format or medium. You acknowledge and affirm that no other person or entity has any rights that may prevent or restrict Photographer from using photos as a result of this photoshoot.

• You waive any rights to modify the finished photographs in any way, including, but not limited to, applying filters, cropping, altering colors and more. Photographer exclusively owns the copyright in all photographs in perpetuity.

Usage

• You can use the final edited photos only for:

  • Personal social media pages or portfolios.

  • Your personal creations, such as scrapbooks, albums, or personal gifts in non-commercial physical display.

  • Your personal communications, such as family newsletter, email, or holiday card.

• You will not make any other use of photos without Photographer’s prior written consent, including but not limited to use of photos for commercial sale, brand work or any other commercial intent.

• You will tag all team members involved in the photoshoot (such as photographer, make up artist etc.)

• when you post photos on Instagram. Proper tagging includes all of the following:

  • Mentioning clearly who the photographer is and adding photographer’s handle in the caption

    of the photo. For example: “Photographer @myaccount”.

  • Adding a tag on the photo. This tag must be visible and clickable, you cannot cover it up with

    another tags.

  • When tagging on Instagram stories, your tag must be visible and clickable (not too close to the

    right and left sizes of the screen). You cannot cover up the tag with other elements.

Model Release

• This agreement acts as a Model Release, and you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
